The Service is provided on a paid subscription basis. Plan pricing and billing cycles (monthly or annual) are shown at purchase. Studio plans are priced per model on volume tiers; solo-creator plans are tiered. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless indicated; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
Where a free trial is offered, the trial length, the plan it converts to, the price, and the date the first charge will occur are disclosed clearly before you start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the disclosed fee is charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Before purchase, the auto-renewal term is disclosed clearly and conspicuously and you provide separate affirmative consent to it. After purchase, we send a confirmation including cancellation instructions, and for annual plans we send a renewal reminder before each renewal. You can cancel at any time through your account, as easily as you signed up (online “click to cancel”); cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Except where the law requires otherwise or as expressly stated here, fees already paid are non-refundable, and partial periods are not refunded. We may, at our discretion, issue account credit. This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights described below.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately (before the 14-day period ends), you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the Service has been fully performed; where you withdraw during provision, you may owe an amount proportionate to what was provided. These statutory rights are not affected by anything else in this policy.
Where a founding-member rate is offered, the rate you sign up at is fixed for the stated period (e.g., 12 months); after that period the then-current standard pricing applies with any stated loyalty discount. The specific terms shown at signup govern.
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Your use of the processor is also subject to its terms.
If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend, or terminate access until resolved. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in suspension and reversal of any related account credits. Please contact support@campanther.com first — we want to resolve billing issues directly.
