Sub-processors

This page lists the sub-processors CamPanther® engages to provide, secure, and support the Service. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. Primary hosting and storage are located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

Current sub-processors

• Hosting & infrastructure — primary compute/storage, EU (Frankfurt). Role: hosting the Service and Customer Data.
• Subscription billing & payments — PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Role: processing subscription payments. CamPanther does not store full card numbers.
• Transactional email — email delivery provider. Role: account, security, and billing notifications.
• Product analytics — usage analytics provider. Role: understanding and improving the Service (consent-based where required).
• Customer support — support/ticketing provider. Role: handling support requests.
• AI / translation — AI and machine-translation provider(s). Role: powering AI-assisted features; EU-region endpoints preferred where available; out-of-EEA processing, if any, is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and a transfer risk assessment.

Transfers

Where a sub-processor processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision 2021/914) and, where applicable, adequacy decisions, with transfer risk assessments.

Changes

We may update this list as our vendors change. Customers under a Data Processing Agreement may subscribe to change notifications. Questions: support@campanther.com.
