Acceptable Use Policy

Draft pending legal review. Child-protection, anti-trafficking, and record-keeping provisions are being finalized with counsel; the substance below reflects our standing zero-tolerance posture.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of the CamPanther® Service and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination and, where required by law, preservation of data and reporting to authorities. CamPanther is a software tool; we do not host, produce, or distribute adult content.

1. Adults-only, lawful, consensual content

You may use the Service only in connection with lawful, consensual, adult, remotely-produced content. You represent and warrant that every individual depicted in or associated with content connected to your use of the Service is an adult (18+ or the age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction, whichever is higher) who has consented. You may not use the Service for any content or activity that is illegal in any jurisdiction where you or the relevant performers operate.

2. Child protection — zero tolerance & mandatory reporting

Any depiction of, or material relating to, a minor, and any child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), is absolutely prohibited. There is no exception. If we obtain knowledge of apparent CSAM or child-exploitation activity, we will, to the extent required or permitted by law: report it to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities, preserve associated data, terminate the account, and cooperate with law enforcement. You consent to such reporting, preservation, and disclosure. You must only operate on platforms and through processes that perform robust age verification of all depicted persons.

3. Anti-trafficking & anti-facilitation

You may not use the Service to advertise, promote, facilitate, or engage in prostitution, sex trafficking, escorting, “in-person” sexual services, or any conduct prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 1591 or § 2421A or comparable laws. You may not use the Service by, for, or on behalf of any person who is coerced, trafficked, or not acting of their own free will. The Service is for legal, remotely-produced adult content only.

4. Third-party platform compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, acceptable-use rules, API rules, exclusivity arrangements, and anti-automation, anti-scraping, and anti-restreaming rules of every cam site, streaming destination, or other third-party platform you use with the Service, including whether simultaneous or multi-site streaming is permitted. You represent that you have authority over every account you connect. We make no representation that your use complies with any third-party platform’s rules and are not responsible for bans, penalties, or contract breaches resulting from your use.

5. Age-verification & record-keeping responsibility

You (or the applicable content producer) are solely responsible for all age-verification and record-keeping obligations, including under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 / 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where applicable, and for maintaining any required records and disclosure statements. CamPanther is not the records custodian and is not a “producer” under those provisions. Do not upload government IDs, age-verification documents, or § 2257 records into general product fields; those records must be maintained by you (or the producer) through your own compliant processes.

6. Prohibited technical conduct

You may not: distribute malware; gain or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; circumvent or interfere with the Service’s security, authentication, or rate limits; or use the Service in any manner that violates the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or comparable laws. Privacy and session features may only be used within accounts you authenticate with your own credentials.

7. Data lawfulness

You represent and warrant that you have a valid lawful basis (including, where applicable, the explicit consent required under GDPR Article 9 for special-category data, and any required notices) for all performer, operator, and fan personal data you process through the Service. You may not use the Service to collect or process data in violation of any third-party platform’s terms or any applicable database or privacy rights. You are responsible for designating only performers you are entitled to track.

8. AI use

Where you use AI-assisted features, you are responsible for disclosing to your end users, where required by law, that they are interacting with an automated system, and for complying with the AI rules of any third-party platform. You may not use AI features for impersonation, fraud, deception, or unlawful activity.

9. Sanctions

You may not use the Service in or for the benefit of any comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction or restricted party, as further described in the Terms of Service.

10. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove or restrict functionality, withhold disputed account credits, preserve data, and report to authorities. We are not liable for actions taken in good faith to enforce this AUP or to comply with law.

11. Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations, including any child-safety concern, to support@campanther.com. We treat child-safety reports as the highest priority.
